Terms of Service
The simple rules for using BillSwiper fairly and safely.
Effective date: November 6, 2026
These Terms govern your use of BillSwiper. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
What BillSwiper does
BillSwiper helps donors contribute toward bills submitted by verified receivers. Money is intended to go directly to the verified business or biller — never to the receiver. BillSwiper is not a lender, bank, or charity, and it does not promise that any bill will be funded.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. Keep your account secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may require verification before allowing a receiver to list bills.
Bill verification and payments
Receivers must submit truthful, current bills owed to real businesses. Payment processing, identity verification, and linked-account services may be provided by third parties. A payment is subject to the processor’s terms, verification, available funds, and any applicable fees. We may decline, pause, reverse where permitted, or review activity to protect users and comply with law.
Donor choices
Donors decide whether and how much to contribute. Contributions are directed to the biller, not the receiver. Once a payment is submitted, it may not be reversible except as required by law or permitted by the payment provider.
Prohibited misuse
Do not use BillSwiper to submit false bills, impersonate anyone, evade verification, harass others, conduct fraud, launder money, violate sanctions, exploit the service, or break any law. Do not attempt to direct funds away from a verified biller.
Fair use and enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, BillSwiper, or the public. We will try to act fairly and proportionately when circumstances allow.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep BillSwiper useful and secure, but the service is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, BillSwiper is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here. If you have a question, contact [email protected].
